By Air: Lucknow airport is nearest domestic airport. According to wikipedia information lucknow airport supports direct flights to/from Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Kolkata, Varansi and there are various indirect(one or two hops) flights to other places in india. This airport is located on Lucknow-Kanpur road(National High way no. 25), so After reaching Lucknow,taxi can be hired directly for Kanpur or Train/Bus can be taken from railway station and bus station respectively. more information

Recenty Kanpur chakeri Airport is active again. Indian Airlines started flight from Delhi.more information

By Train: Kanpur is well connected with Northern Railway network. Availability information and Reservation facilities can be accessed from websites mentioned below:
